Order Cancellations

We accept cancellations for orders that have not yet been dispatched. To cancel your order, please send an email to shopxmodestly@gmail.com as soon as possible, including your order number. If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to return it in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Start a Return

We want to make returns as simple as possible. Follow the steps below to submit your return request.

How to Submit a Return Request:

  1. Check Eligibility

    • Ensure your item is unused, in its original packaging, with all tags intact.

    • Returns must be requested within 5 days of receiving your order.

    • Some items, such as hijabs, undercaps, and sale items, are non-returnable.

  2. Submit Your Request

    • Fill out our Return Form (located at the bottom) with your order details.

    • You will receive an email confirming whether your return request is approved or declined.

  3. Send Your Item Back

    • If approved, package your item securely and send it back within 14 days.

    • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

    • We recommend using tracked shipping to avoid lost parcels.

  4. Refund Processing

    • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund.

    • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

How do I initiate a return?

To initiate a return, please fill out the return request form on our website below. Before submitting your request, please make sure you have thoroughly reviewed our Return & Refund Policy. Incomplete information on the form may delay the processing of your return.

How will I receive my refund?

Your refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.

When can I expect my refund?

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process the refund to the original payment method. This process may take up to 14 working days, and we will notify you via email once the refund has been completed. Please allow an additional 7-21 working days for the refund to show up on your credit card or bank statement, as processing times may vary by financial institution.

Will I be refunded for shipping charges incurred during the return process?

While we strive to provide excellent service, we are unable to refund shipping charges for returns unless an error was made on our part.

When will I receive my replacement product?

We will ship your replacement product as soon as possible, typically within 3-5 working days, excluding weekends. Our shipping and delivery policy provides additional information on estimated delivery times. Please note that during peak periods, there may be some delay in shipping your replacement product.

What if I accidentally damaged the item while trying it on?

Accidental damage while trying on the item may affect its eligibility for return. Please contact our customer service team with details of the damage, and we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis.

What if I accidentally ordered the wrong item?

Can I modify my order?

We do not allow modifications to orders, such as adding or removing items. To make changes to your order, please cancel your existing order and place a new one. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
