General Information
Stock Availability: While we make every effort to ensure stock accuracy on our website, there may be instances where stock discrepancies occur. If an item is unavailable, we will dispatch the available items and contact you to offer a refund or an estimated restocking date for the remaining products.
Price Adjustments: Shipping costs and product prices may be subject to change without notice.
Dispatch Time frames
Orders are typically dispatched Monday to Friday within 2 business days of payment.
Orders placed after 12 p.m. on Fridays or over the weekend will be processed on the next working day.
During busy periods, such as Eid or Ramadan, processing may take up to 5 working days for standard delivery.

Next Working Day Delivery: Place your order before 11 a.m. (Monday-Thursday) for same-day dispatch.
Priority Delivery: Aims to dispatch orders within 24 hours of payment.
Note: MODESTLY is not liable for courier delays or late deliveries. Refunds for shipping costs will not be issued in these cases.
Domestic Shipping
Standard Tracked Delivery: £4.50 (3-7 working days in transit).
Next Working Day Delivery: Available at checkout for faster delivery options. Orders placed on Fridays are not guaranteed for Saturday delivery.
International Shipping
Availability: We currently ship internationally, except to Northern Ireland and Europe due to compliance with the new General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR). Unfortunately, registering for this regulation is not feasible for our limited order volume in these regions.
Transit Times: International orders typically arrive within 10-20 working days, subject to customs clearance and courier schedules.
Customs, VAT, Duties
Import Charges: Taxes and duties may apply to international orders upon arrival in the destination country. These fees are determined by local authorities, and MODESTLY is not responsible for covering them.
If customs fees are not paid, the shipment may be returned to MODESTLY at the customer’s expense. Refunds will only cover the value of the goods, excluding shipping costs and return fees.
Returns: If you choose to return an international order, any customs charges incurred by MODESTLY when accepting the return will be deducted from your refund amount.
Order Tracking
Tracking Notifications: You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order is fulfilled.
Account Monitoring: For added convenience, you can create an account on our website to monitor your order's tracking progress at any time.
Change of Delivery Address
Changes to the delivery address can be made before the order is dispatched. MODESTLY is not responsible for incorrect addresses provided during checkout. Any additional costs due to incorrect addresses will be the customer's responsibility.
Missed or Delayed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is missed, it will be the customer’s responsibility to arrange a redelivery or collect the parcel from the courier’s local depot.
If your parcel is delayed beyond 10 working days from the expected delivery date, please contact us at shopxmodestly@gmail.com for assistance.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
All parcels are insured up to their value as declared by the courier.
For lost items, refunds will be processed once the courier confirms the parcel is lost after their investigation.
