What payment methods do you accept?

We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay

Do you ship overseas/international?

Yes we ship overseas and we have previously sent our products to USA, Canda, Africa, Qatar and throughout Europe.

Kindly note that there will be import tax charges by the Customs when your order has reached your destination. We are not in control nor do we know how much the custom charge will be.

When will I get my order by if I order today?

We ship items Monday through Friday, and delivery time varies depending on the courier. If you need your items quickly, choose a shipping service such as 1st Class, Next Working Day, or if you need it by 1pm the next day, use our Premium Next Working Day.

Can I cancel or modify my order after I've placed it?

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to make changes or cancel it entirely. However, once your order has been shipped, we cannot cancel or modify it.

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on the courier's website.

Do you have promotional codes or discounts?

We usually run promotions throughout the year, so keep an eye out for those deals, and we prioritise informing our mailing list community about the latest deals, sales, and future things.

If you join our mailing list community, you will receive a 5% discount (for first time customers)

How do I know if an item is out of stock?

If an item is out of stock, it will be indicated on the product page. If you have already placed an order and an item is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a refund.

Are all your abayas plus size?

No. We do sell standard size abayas too. Abayas that are available in plus size will be labelled as ‘plus size abaya’.
