Important Shipping Update: Changes to Our Delivery Policy for Northern Ireland & Europe

Dear Valued Customers,

We are writing to inform you of an important change to our shipping policy. Starting from 13 December 2024, we will no longer be able to ship to Northern Ireland and Europe due to new regulatory requirements. These new regulations, known as the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR), mandate strict product safety and traceability measures, which have significant costs for small businesses like ours.

While we have always loved serving our customers in these regions, the cost of compliance with the new rules, combined with the relatively small number of orders we receive from Northern Ireland and Europe, means that continuing to ship there is no longer feasible for us at this time.

However, Great Britain and the rest of the world will remain unaffected by this change, and we will continue to offer our products to customers in those regions without any issues.

To all our loyal customers in Northern Ireland & Europe, we want to extend our heartfelt thanks for your continued support. We are truly sorry for any inconvenience this change may cause and hope to one day serve you again, should the regulations change in the future.
